We charge $85 per hour (billed in 15 minute increments) to design, manage, and maintain your forms for you.
Usually it takes a few hours for us to design your forms. After your approval we can make them live
Two things:
(1) We are the ONLY form solution that can output PDFs that match your in-house printed documents. PERIOD.
(2) Our forms are full service, meaning your don’t edit them. We do.
Yes, we offer email based support. We charge $85/hour (billable in 15-minute increments) for support.

Many kinds. We accept informational gathering forms, such as surveys, quotes, contact information, and applications, among others.
We currently do not accept online payment forms; however, this will be implemented in the future.
If you are concerned about whether your form is incompatible with our setup, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
A better question is, why not? Think about it. We:
- Do all the work and build the form for you. You don’t have to learn or use some drag-and-drop system.
- Can generate printable PDFs that look like your original paper forms. That’s right, the paper forms that your business knows and loves or has to use are not going away. A computer is just completing them.
- Provide security by SSL, Firewalls, and Antivirus. How secure is your website? It doesn’t matter because our forms are safe even if your website is not.
- Make your form Embeddable. You can place your form on multiple pages of your website and even on other websites.
- Maintain your form. Yes, we can make changes to your form and keep the servers running at peak efficiency.
It’s easier than ever to fill out your forms online and have them converted to PDF.
We would be more than happy to do the embed for you. We charge $85 per hour (billed in 15-minute increments) to handle support requests. This kind of request usually takes 15 minutes. We will need the password to access your website. Once we log in, we will attempt to embed the form for you. Most of the time, there is no problem; however, for more complex situations, we may need to spend more time on the additional work involved.
We provide you with a small code that the computer can understand.
You will copy the code and paste it into your website on the page or location where you would like the Meteor Form℠ to appear.
If you or your web person can’t do this, you can ask us to do it if you give us access.
Users can login, request support, download saved entries, and manage the account.
