TopCraft Website Project Approval & Publishing Form

It is an exciting day when it is time to Publish your project. Congratulations! But before we move to this new and exciting chapter we need your approval.

Before signing off, please review the entire project. Some considerations before approving the project are as follows:

• Is the website/app fully functional?
• Does the project fall within the scope of the agreement?
• Is all required content on the site?

By signing below, the Client is providing final approval for the project. After RdyToGo Publishes the project, the TopCraft service will be complete. Any future work performed on the project is outside the scope of the TopCraft service but will be performed under the terms of the Firebolt Maintenance service.

An authorized signature below indicates the final approval of this project, the completion of all TopCraft scoped items, and authorizes RdyToGo Publish this project in your behalf.
